Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Arcadio app and the arcadio.tv website (together, “Arcadio”), provided by Precision Data (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Arcadio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Arcadio

You may use Arcadio for personal, non-commercial entertainment on your own devices. You agree not to misuse Arcadio, interfere with its operation, or use it in breach of any law.

2. The Games

The games in Arcadio are created by independent authors and are distributed under their own open-source licences (such as GPL, MIT and Creative Commons). Those licences apply to each game and its content, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights they give you. Credits and licence information are shown in the app and on our website, and the source code is available as those licences require.

3. Premium Games

Some games may be offered as Premium. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Google Play or the store you use, under that store’s terms, including its refund rules.

4. Our App and Brand

The Arcadio app, name, logo and design belong to Precision Data, except for the parts that are covered by open-source licences.

5. No Warranty

Arcadio and the games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that every game will run on every device, or that Arcadio will always be available or free of errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Arcadio.

7. Changes

We may update Arcadio and these Terms. When we change the Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Arcadio after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
