This Privacy Policy explains how Precision Data (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Arcadio app and the arcadio.tv website (together, “Arcadio”).

1. Information We Collect

Arcadio does not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts or precise GPS location through the app.

We may collect limited technical, non-personal information, such as device and TV model, operating system version, app version, language, approximate region based on IP address, and crash and performance reports.

Your game saves, favourites and settings are stored on your device.

If you write to us through our contact form, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message.

2. Purchases

If you buy Premium games, the payment is handled by Google Play or the store you use. We do not receive or store your card details. We receive confirmation of the purchase so we can unlock the games.

3. How We Use the Data

We use this information to run Arcadio and deliver the games, fix crashes and improve performance, understand how the app is used in aggregate, answer your messages, and protect the service against misuse.

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Depending on where you live, we process information because it is needed to provide Arcadio to you, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping it working and secure, or because you gave your consent.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell or share personal identifying information. We may share limited technical information with service providers who help us run Arcadio (for example hosting, crash reporting and app stores), only for that purpose. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Games by Other Authors

The games in Arcadio are made by independent authors and are distributed under their own open-source licences. When you play a game that has its own online features, that game’s own servers and policies may apply.

7. Data Retention

We keep technical data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and messages you send us only as long as needed to answer them. Data on your device stays there until you delete the app or its data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information about you, or to object to its use. To make a request, write to us through the contact page.

9. Children’s Privacy

Arcadio is a family product, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
